1. Closing the gap between design intent and fabrication limits
Action 1: Feasibility check at the detailing stage. We read the drawing against the curvature change rate, derive forming and tempering parameters, and flag high-risk zones — sharp curvature transitions and small-radius corners — before production starts. This happens at the detailing stage. What you gain: you learn early whether the face can be made, and you avoid a second design round.

2. Keeping one batch consistent — and avoiding joint mismatch on site
When units from one batch differ in curvature, some fit the frame and some leave a gap, and the site crew starts forcing them in. Action 3: Forming check and spring-back compensation. We predict forming temperature and spring-back from the drawing, and build the compensation into the forming stage rather than correcting after tempering. Action 4: First-piece check and in-process sampling. Batch production starts only after the first piece passes, with parameter drift monitored throughout. What you gain: less site rework and no second delay caused by rework.
3. Delivery: drawings, packaging, lifting
We issue detailed fabrication drawings within 24 hours (free of charge), and assist with glass selection, structural load calculation and node detailing. Shaped units are packed to a dedicated scheme with lifting points marked, and we provide lifting guidance.
4. Pricing and case reference
Pricing is calculated by square metre plus a fabrication difficulty coefficient — shaped units differ one from another, so a plain area-based quote understates the real input. We have supported shaped curved facades for a commercial complex atrium and a shaped bent decorative face at an exhibition hall, where batch consistency was the critical factor.
