Extra-large curved laminated insulating glass combines three processes in one unit: first the glass is bent into a curved profile by bent tempering, then laminated with PVB or SGP interlayers under high pressure, and finally assembled into an insulating glass unit (IGU). It delivers aesthetics, safety and energy efficiency at the same time. Our capability covers an arc length up to 8 meters, height up to 6 meters, a minimum bending radius of 300 mm, laminated glass up to 4.5 m × 7 m, insulating units up to 6 m × 8 m, and thickness from 5 mm to 19 mm — ideal for large-span curved curtain walls, domes and skylights, panoramic elevator glass, spiral staircases, and curved partitions, with one-piece panels that eliminate visible seams.

Our extra-wide bent tempering furnace supports an arc length up to 8,000 mm and height up to 6,000 mm, with convex, concave and double-curved forming. A single curved panel can cover a full arc of a large-span curtain wall, reducing joints, improving façade integrity and waterproofing, with uniform curvature and low optical distortion.
2.2 Small Radius R300mm Forming — Advanced Special-Shape Capability
Minimum bent radius of 300 mm (350 mm for special shapes), supporting J-shape, hook-shape, U-shape, straight-bend-straight, S-shape, parabolic and spherical double/multi-curved profiles, suitable for panoramic elevators, spiral staircase railings, luxury shopfronts and arc door/window projects.
2.3 SGP/PVB Dual Interlayer, Upgraded Safety
Equipped with two large autoclaves (4.5 m × 7 m and 3.3 m × 13 m), laminated panels up to 4.5 m × 7 m, with both PVB and SGP options. SGP ionomer film offers high tear resistance and moisture/salt-spray resistance; even if the glass breaks, fragments stay bonded to the interlayer, providing a high level of safety for high-rise facades and skylights.
2.4 Laminated + Insulated Composite, Energy Saving & Sound Insulation in One Step
Combining curved lamination with an insulating cavity (optional Low-E coating) significantly lowers the U-value while the laminated damping layer attenuates low-frequency noise — suited for street-facing commercial facades, coastal wind-load projects and hotel façades.

Supporting flat tempered panels up to 6 m × 8 m (up to 2.66 m × 13 m long), so curved and flat glass for the same project can be processed with unified parameters, solving color-difference and tolerance mismatch issues from multiple suppliers.
