Xunyuan Glass supplied 3.8m × 6m, 12mm ultra-clear SGP laminated glass for a high-end curtain wall project in Manhattan, New York. The glass was produced in our own facility in Henan, China, and delivered to the project site with custom export packaging and lifting guidance.

Manufacturing Capabilities
The 3.8m × 6m panel size requires wide-format processing equipment across cutting, edging, tempering, and laminating. Our facility is equipped with:
· Three double-chamber forced-convection tempering furnaces, including an extra-wide tempering line with a maximum processing width of 6m.
· Large-format laminating autoclaves and laminating lines, supporting SGP laminated glass up to 4.2m × 7m in a single cycle.
· CNC processing centers, edging, drilling, water-jet cutting, and异形 cutting equipment.
Throughout production, we control heating uniformity, quenching stress, and final flatness. Diagonal tolerance, flatness, and wave distortion are kept within national standard limits.
Export & Delivery
Oversized glass panels are vulnerable during long-distance transport. We provide custom wooden/steel crates, vacuum sealing, and moisture/mold protection. For panels up to 6m wide, we arrange dedicated loading schemes and provide lifting instructions for site handling.
Xunyuan Glass has prior export experience serving projects including an airport in Malaysia, a landmark building in the Middle East, a flagship store in the Middle East, and a U.S. headquarters building.
